Watts was hired to repair defective concrete throughout, including stone masonry cutting and pointing.
- All work was done on a barge over the river.
- Scaffolding was placed on the barge.
- All demolition was contained to keep out of the water.
- After demolition forms were installed, new concrete was placed within forms.
